Quick facts:
WHEN: Wednesday 27th October to Sunday 31st October inclusive.WHERE: Sandton Convention Centre, Johannesburg.
HOW MUCH: $950, basic stand, all-inclusive of furnitures.

Trade stands are the usual 3m x 3m with high side and back walls equipped with tables inside and at front (this was the expressed preference to allow seating rather than standing), chairs inside and out, lighting and signwriting. Locking cupboards are available at R565; external wall shelving at R285 per set of 2. Other configurations and equipment from PC's to data projectors are possible but may involve additional cost.

The trade stand section is in the right hand third marked “70x Traders / 54x Traders / 52x Traders”. Trade stands will be allocated on a random draw basis. If you require a corner stand under floor plan options 1 or 3 there is a $100 premium to secure this. If we use floor plan option 2 no premium will be charged.
Trade stand arrangements are being handled by SAPDA executive and you are assured that Trade interest will be protected as a priority.
Customs and extra charges etc:
We have enjoyed fantastic cooperation from SA Customs: no listing or copying of incoming stock required! However VAT must be collected on any sales completed in SA.
Facilitated meet and greet customs entry and exit COMPULSORY if you are bringing actual stocks. Estimated cost of R1800 per dealer (or entity if you are sharing and coming in under one name) payable to clearing agent.
You will be pre-cleared for entry which can be any time up to the day before the exhibition. Inspection and sealing of stock for exit, collection of any VAT payable, will be on 1st November 2010. Earliest departures appearing only possible for flights from 3rd November. We are still negotiating speeding this up as we are aware of Philatex London commitments.

HOTELS
Garden Court Sandton is the official exhibition hotel. We have secured a block booking at a special rate of R1068 (approx $140) per room (whether single or double occupancy) incl. breakfast. PLEASE ADVISE HOW MANY ROOMS YOU WISH TO TAKE UP?
